エラー原因


・「Android 仮想デバイス マネージャ」の「スナップショット」にチェックが入っている

対応


・[ウインドウ] → [Android 仮想デバイス マネージャ] → 起動できないEmulator選択 → 編集ボタン → Snapshotの使用可能チェックボックスのチェックを外す
・チェックを外すと、エミュレータは無事起動
